If I had to choose three favourite cakes to bake and eat, this would come to mind immediately! It is moist, lush,delicious, gooey and just oh so good! I was never a sticky date dessert chooser until my good friends Ket and Michael introduced it to me, and I’ve been hooked since.
I love the sticky date as a dessert but I have to day I love this cake form a lot more! After a slow bake, it comes out with a beautiful golden deep hue crust which I then proceed to glaze with the butterscotch sauce whilst still warm. Then once cooled, more sauce is drizzled on top. It is indeed a dream to eat.
